"This merchant never shipped the merchandise, nor did they respond to my emails and phone messages. However, my credit card was also not charged.
It is as if their web site is taking orders and their phone system is taking messages, but no one is actually there to fulfill the orders.
Before placing an order with this merchant, I suggest calling them and attempting to speak with a live person on their 800 number to verify that they are actually in business."
