"Unfortunately, I have dealt with this company. I will NEVER deal with them again. The one thing they did well was printing the shirt and shorts that I ordered, but beyond that, everything was wrong. First of all, they can't understand English even though their website says nothing about having to speak Chinese to be understood. It took them a very long time to ship the product and when they did finally ship it, it was wrong. The sizes were wrong. I ordered a 4X knowing that Chinese sizes ran a little smaller, but this 4X couldn't even fit my daughter who is much smaller than I am. I normally wear a 2X. The tag on the "4X" was handwritten in on a "XL" tag. It would make more sense if the size was XL which was how the thing fit. However, when I tried to return it, they started questioning me about position, printing and then telling me that they "ran out of 4XL tags and had to hand-write some". The problem occurs when the tag, which was sewn into the product says "XL" in it has a "4" hand-printed in front of it, the conclusion is that they are simply trying to scam people out of their money. I tried being nice, but they insisted that this was "normal" and that there was nothing wrong. They NEVER have sent my money back or even apologized that I got the wrong product."

"I ordered two Jerseys and bibs, with a custom logo and text. I found the experience very easy and CheapJersey worked with me to make it all look great. My logo file size was too large, and they provided me an alternative way to get it to them. Everything was dilivered on time and was of a good quality that I didn't expect for the price. I'm sure I will use them again."

"Flame Cycling's online designer is pretty nice and easy to use. However, once this has been completed, it's hard to communicate with the printers. I went back and forth with them for over 3 weeks before they ever gave me a page to order from. Once I ordered, it took quite awhile to receive it. However, once I got it, not only did I get the wrong size (it was a hand-written tag to make it a 4XL instead of an XL) they refuse to refund my money for it. They offered a 4XL but now when I look at their website, there is no 4XL offered. I believe that they are simply trying to decieve people to make money."

"fast and good services concerning the designed outfit, fast reply on questions and in coörporation we designed a very nice cycling shirt and short.
Delivery within a few week. Sizes are good but if you have doubts please chose the bigger size.
