"First off I ordered parts from another dealer and was frustrated. By chance Fletcher Jones Toyota had a sale and I purchased and picked up the parts from the parts department. What a breath of fresh air as since COVID hit customer service for everything has fallen off or is just gone. The employee behind the counter was up to his neck in work, however managed to take care of me above and beyond. He dropped everything to make sure I was taken care... now that is customer service and I will keep coming back due his high value to service! Fletcher Jones needs to take note of this guy as he is a huge asset to your company and others could learn from him to make a successful company standout. I live in Long Beach and even though I have a Toyota dealership nearby, I will service and buy my parts from Fletcher Jones. Now let's see if service department is the same! I asked for a spec sheet for my 4Runner interior dash and when I left I realized I was given one for a Tacoma.....rep couldn't find key for keychain purchase and had to seek assistance for pricing. Why not have sticker pricing on all items for sale in lobby?"
