Terrible Service
"I paid for top of the line according to flooring King and within 13 months problems occured with flooring separating and bulking at the union of the planks... call company and they told me the warranty is on the installers and blew me off...After seveal attempts calling company they seent another installer out and wanted me pay again for removal of flooring and pay for new flooring. The flooring box shows 30 year warranty on the box...can't locate flooring manufacturer..installers are less than professional and only give 12 month warrany....Looks like I will have to hire an attorney to get this company to do the right thing..... NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!"

Flooring King....."The name says it all, need I say more?"
"We're very pleased with the high quality of work done by FlooringKing installers. We had flooring installed throughout the whole house. I contacted Antonio on a Monday and the installers were there the Tuesday morning as Antonio promised. We had approximately 1900sq feet of flooring to put down. The installers started at 9:30am and was done by 7:00pm. The job done was extremely professional and neat. They even installed the molding and did an outstanding job cleaning up as they worked. All the installers were very polite with an upbeat attitude and played their music and worked. They are such a wonderful group of people. Thank you Antonio and the team for a phenomenal job! I would definitely recommend FlooringKing to family and friends!"

"I recently contacted Flooring King to change the flooring in my condo in Davie, as I had use them before and had an amazing experience. They did not disappoint me, the service was outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for good price, personalized service, on time installation and overall satisfaction.
Angela, was kind, patient and very thorough as was evident in her submission of all the information to my HOA ( which is a pain) to get the approval. She helped me in selecting the best color and product for my need. The installers were very professional and made sure we were fully satisfied with their work. They worked fast and took pride in their work.
Customer satisfaction I believe is the best advertisement and these folks have mastered this concept."

"I can't stop smiling while looking at my new floors and stairs. I can't believe what 'Angela' had arranged! She's fabulous! I've never done anything like this before. I gave her the measurements, and explained what I had in mind. The company is in broward county and I am in palm beach. I didn't have time to go to the showroom. And, I had a yard sale planned for that Saturday. I wanted the flooring done ASAP. I had carpet. She sent me pictures of the colors she picked out from having our conversation. I agreed on the colors. The installers came on Saturday while I was having my yard sale,which was perfect,they weren't in my way and I wasn't in their way. After the yard sale,I was so tired,I just put all my left overs in my patio and went inside to my room,meanwhile they were still doing the flooring. They let me know they were finished and advised me to see all the completed work. I just couldn't believe it! It was done with such perfection! Then, I noticed the edging,(molding). It had also been replaced with a taller and modern molding! I never thought of asking about that stuff. 'Angela' once again took care of my design ideas thru our conversation. She did it all! Everything is right! Then,I also noticed they totally cleaned up everything! The old carpet,removed. The pile of stuff that I put on my patio,after the yard sale,they made the pile look clean and organized. That is going above and beyond any of my expectations! I couldn't be any happier! I feel like jumping a telling the world to see for themselves how easy 'Angela' and her crew from the Flooring King can make everything possible with a phone call! We need more 'Angela's and the installers in every home decor store. :) Don't go to any other place for flooring, you wont be as happy as I am!!"

"I contacted flooring king via phone and was lucky to have Antonio answer. From my first contact to the final process he was upfront and honest in all his dealings with my two companies. Although he was almost 3 hours away from my spa in Cape coral he agreed to do our sale and install. At my end we had a nightmare situation with a flood that destroyed our floors and a even worse problem with an uncooperative landlord who didnt want to release my insurance check so that we could replace with new. Antonio was patient and provided everything that was asked to a make it happen. Without him it could never have taken place. He held our flooring until then money was released and within days was in my coast installing. The product a vinyl flooring by phantom floors was perfect and he guys were fast and respectful. I liked the job so well we used him and his crew for my landmark art deco building in Miami Beach. I have hired and worked with a lot of contractors and I have to say that the process from start to finish was the best. I would recommend this company and their products to anyone without hesitation. And I am not an easy person to impress."

"My name is Charlie this will be the second time I have dealt with this company and Im extremely happy with not only the price but the commentment of the installers that they have. They really care about the work they do and will not hesitate on correcting any inperfections on the work they do without the customer telling them. Im a very picky customer and I notice everything but whats refreshing is so do they and without asking they make the corrections. Bottom line is this company does great work and I highly recommend this company.

"About 2 years ago I was shopping for Wood Laminate floors, I looked at lots of places, ultimately I picked another company to come do the flooring. A year later I had all of that wood scrapped and decided to tile the floor.
This year I needed wood for my bedrooms, and this time I did choose Flooring King!! they did a great job, and great product at fair prices. Antonio is very fair, and a good person to work with. A++++"
