"Paid $1.95 for 7 day trial and cancelled on day 4. As soon as I cancelled they charged me $33.00. This is some jared kushner stuff right here. I imagine it won't be long before the ring leader is held responsible."

Rip off!!
"Paid $1.95 to be able to do one form but of course that was just to get their greedy meat hooks on my credit card number so they could slide in a $33 a month charge under the radar for three months before even noticed I hate sneaky behind the back crap like this!!"

Just be an honest company
"Just be honest about what you offer. I would have paid for the document but the bait and switch from Free to after spending 2 hours doing a business plan thinking it's free and now I have to pay, makes the company seem like they will continue to scam me after they get my credit card information. 1.95 for a free trail is not the end of the world but when you build your company on lies, you won't be trusted. Just let people know upfront and they will be more likely to trust you with their card. If you lie the first time to get me to pay, once you get my card there's no telling what you will do. There is always a hidden fee with these scam companies. No thanks, I'll start my business plan all over again but you will not mislead me into giving you my card when you are not an honest company."

False Advertising
"Their product does everything it says it will, however, one of the options to get the product was to get a FREE trial for a week, but upon checking my account I was charged for the interaction. I don't like being told in big bold numbers "$0.00/week" only to be charged something for it. No matter how low it is, false advertisement is one of my biggest pet peeves. 3 stars for doing what they advertise, but also -2 stars for falsely claiming "free"."

Stay Away, Deceptive Advertising
"Don't be fooled into thinking you'll get a free privacy policy or terms of service from formswift because at the end, you'll be forced to enter your credit card details for a "7-day free trial". No thanks, I'll pass."

No Such Thing as Free
"They appear to offer free forms for you to fill out and download. It is only after you have gone through the lengthy process of filling in all the form fields one at a time that you find they charge for the service. They have a "free" option, but you are subscribed with a credit card and after 7 days you are billed $40 a month. Good luck trying to cancel before you are billed."
