Bogus Seller with No Support from G2A.com
"Ordered a software key and was delivered a defective or non working key. Seller acknowledged and said would offer a refund but could not through his G2A account. G2A support was non-existent and took days to acknowledge communication. IMO a fraudulent seller and platform. Buyer beware!!"

they stand behind the sellers
"i had an issue with a key i purchased and wanted a refund. i asked the seller and he refused. then i asked to g2a and escalated the case but thet refused. i tried get refunded by paypal but it again did not work. after many messages to g2a and to the seller , g2a finally told me that i need to ask the seller , because they say they are not responsible. the seller did not refund. g2a even blocked access to the key when i opened a case to paylal. g2a is not a safe place to deal for me because we dont know who are those sellers and if theres an issue we have no protection from g2a."

Terrible Customer Service
"Terrible customer service. I bought a product. I did receive the product. However I ended up having it refunded from Blizzard. They refunded the money to the sellers account not mine. Now they refuse to either resend my item that I purchased or refund the money back to my card."

Try to contact via the technical team.
After two days of back and forth.
They just denied my access to their website.
What is happening to the review system?
