Great Support Team
"Had difficulty downloading files - when downloading only one, the second item I downloaded was showing as complete as well. It took several emails with Customer Service group, but I eventually got everything running. The team was excellent and very helpful. I only wish the status of all of my purchases would have been accurately reflected until I could have downloaded them. In the end, after an hour, it all worked out."

I ordered Office 2021 Professional Plus but doesnt work anymore
"I ordered Office 2021 Professional Plus, but stopped working after 2 years
After two years the licence stopped working without reinstalling Windows or Office,making significant hardware changes, or upgrading to a new operating system. The only thing that changed to the system was that I upgraded from 7700x to 7800x3d CPU using the same AM5 platform, Ram, GPU, SSD and Motherboard.
I would never buy from them again."
