"Tiles were packed very well and delivered in great condition. I would have given them a Very Satisfied but the tiles I ordered were my 2nd choice, my first were abruptly removed from their website with no notification. I emailed & called and asked customer service to help locate but I never received a response."

"have no clue....ordered on the 8th of October, they went on holiday time from Oct 12 thru the 24th for some reason, and I've received no confirmation as to processing, except it would take 5-6 days, and then they went on vacation schedule, and now I have to wait until the 24th, when the MIGHT PROCESS, and then wait another 10 days???for the shipment to arrive??? Really dumb!!!! Not happy."

"Ordering was easy, sample tiles came as scheduled, the only problem is that I ordered 3 sample tiles to pick from and I cannot tell which tile is which color, they are so close in color. The tiles need to have the item # noted on each sample. Now the store is closed until next week and my tile installer is waiting...not too patiently. I will try to resolve this over the phone!"
