Great product, great service!
"I would definitely like to give a 5 star rating! I ordered a Claddagh ring and it came with a free necklace. The items that I received look great, and communication during the process was proactive on Glencara's part, especially when they found out that they were encountering shipping delays. There was also an additional delay because my wife wears an oddball size ring. I didn't feel like I had to initiate any communication at all. This was an awesome transaction!"

Awesome company who cares
"Awesome company whuchvprovude very helpful support. There was a slight delivery issue but once I contacted them it was rectified very quickly. The build quality of the jewellery I bought was beautiful. It was presented in a nice box, perfect for a gift, and a check up later to make sure everything is OK is a nice touch. 10/10"

Don’t order from Glencara!
"Still waiting for my order. Paid extra as they were advertising it if paid an an extra charge they would guarantee delivery before Christmas. Today is the 16th of January and still waiting for my daughter’s Christmas present. Send them 2 e-mails and only getting an automated e-mail back. Today I got an email just asking for feedback on my order!.. after reading reviews now (a bit too late) and they all seem terrible. Should have read the reviews before I placed my order."

"Not one for online reviews but I wouldn’t want the same thing to happen to another poor soul.
I purchased a ring on the 7th of December and was reassured that I would receive it before Christmas. My plan was to propose to my partner. All went well in the beginning…they took my money immediately and I received an order confirmation…then all downhill from there. Contacted them again to ensure I would get it before Christmas and got an immediate response ensuring me I would. Then closer to Christmas I contacted them again as time was running out they informed me that my item had been shipped on"

"I ordered a ring in November, the tracking number said they were waiting for it in Delaware December 2, and I still haven’t gotten it! They said they were going to send me another and never received it! Keep sending the same automated email! I want a refund at this point!!!! Terrible business!!!!"

Claddagh Engagement Ring
"I spent months as one does stressing and investigating day and night looking for a ring that called out to me one that would encapsulate what the values of my Fiancé and my values are to each other. I found it here with Glencara, the meaning and symbolism behind the Claddagh ring as well as it having a connection to the country my family hails from completed its perfection. It was delivered ahead of schedule in a beautiful box with a LED light was top notch! but most importantly the product that took me hours and hours over several days to create looked even more beautiful then on the screen."

Horrible!
"I ordered a claddagh ring for my boyfriend. I messed up and ordered the wrong size a 9 instead of a 10. I went through hoops to return it to them and waiting for responses. They don't return emails. They received it and emailed me that its now been too long for an exchange and they're mailing it back to me. It's been nearly two years. Ignored all emails from me and never returned the ring. Do yourself a favor and go thru Biddy Murphys. I just bought three rings from them. If Glencara responded and actually gave me back my ring, I'd be willing to change my review. Crooks!"

Perfect!
"I have ordered two braceletes. They arrived perfectly on time (I didn't ask for a fast shipping). I didn't get the free gift that was supposed to be shipped with the bracelets, but the customer assistance immediately wrote me that they would have send it as soon as it would be available again.
After 15 days I had also my free gift.
All good things to say about Glencara from me: really high quality jewellery, the item arrived at the time that was scheduled and the customer assistance has been very professional and nice.
I will buy from them again!"
