"I called on GTH for help early this week when I encountered pop-ups that caused me computer to "freeze." I began the service and a technician removed the bad programs. Unfortunately, I then encountered an issue that eliminated my network connection. This took a while to first diagnose, and finally to resolve. I am grateful for the help of Nitin Mankoo, who correctly identified and resolved the problem. My network capabilities have been restored, along with some applications that were affected. Nitin was courteous, knowledgeable and committed to solving my problem. I would highly recommend his services and I feel confident that if I have problems in the future, he will be there to help!
