Retailer doesn't know updated available MSRP on product
"I had a positive experience in the past getting a TV on Greetoe. My most recent bid on a monitor hasn't been as good since the retailer(s) don't seem to know what their product is currently being sold for on other major websites (real MSRP). I thought it was nice that customer support reached out directly to see why I wasnt accepting the poor counter offer. They took action to get the retailer counter closer to MSRP but unfortunately it wasn't low enough to accept it over an Amazon price I went to with."

Interesting website
"Not really sure how good they are. They list things at a price you can buy. But you can also offer up a price below that and see if they take or counter. They were selling a tv for 1699. I offered 1600 and then 1625. They said the counter was 1699 but that is not really a counter, it’s what they do sell the tv for. So not really sure about them yet."

Purchase Good | Custom Service Zero
"Well, I was excited that I found Green Toe. Made two purchases and even got friends and family to make some purchases on here. However, the biggest concern is there's zero customer service which makes me not want to purchase on here anymore. What if there's an issue? There's nobody who responds to emails. I've sent two email over the past couple of weeks and no response."

Saved a ton
"I had my doubts about purchasing an 83” tv that retails for $5,000.00 from a company I had never dealt with before. But, I made my bid. I received a counter offer that I accepted. I saved $1,200 and the tv arrived in perfect condition within 10 days.
I’m only sad that I have not heard about Greentoe before now."

Interesting and Great
"Interesting experience for purchasing an item. You put in what you think is fair and they then put that offer in front of sellers for you. Very cool experience and I was able to save about 12% off the lowest price in the Big Box stores for the same item.
Definitely going to be checking here again for any bigger purchases before going to the traditional places."
