"They sent me the wrong color tablet cover. When I called them I spoke to Brittany, and was told there is nothing they can do about it since I did get one. They should at least give me the option to pick another color if they ran out of the one I ordered. That wasn't right! I do.t like the color they sent me, it wasn't what I ordered"

"I purchased a remote helicopter as a Christmas present for my grandson. It was defective and never worked. My efforts to have the item shipped back and replaced kept fall on deaf ears. I was told that "maybe" something could be done and "maybe" in a couple of weeks I "might" be authorized a replacement. In my opinion, this is not the kind of company with which I would do business. Obviously, buying from them was not a good decision. Bad product and bad business practices."

"Poor Product and worse yet they deleated my review of the product! I ordered a "Retractable Car Charger for Samsung Galaxy S3" Item was shipped and received promptly. The problem occured right away when the cord did not retract. Then within 15 min. it stopped charging competely. Contacted HandHeldItems and they seemed very nice as they would replace the product, I just hand to pay to return the product. Well the shipping was more then I paid for the product. After I complained,HHI stopped returning my emails. Then they sent me a request to review the product. So I posted exactly what I said here. Next day my review was pulled. So whatever is posted on there reviews is ONLY what they want you to see. NOT what the product is really..."

"BEWARE!!! Living on a meager disability income and not expecting to be able to purchase Christmas gifts this year, I was really excited to find this site; especially for inexpensive cell phone accessories. I placed an order on 12/8/12 for 5 different items to give as Christmas presents, but never rec'd my pkg. On top of that, HHI does not know what happened to my pkg and would not refund my money in a timely manner so I could purchase different gifts for my loved ones. As of this date, 12/23/12, I am still waiting for HHI to complete their "investigation" and hopefully refund my money. Needless to say, I give HHI a big thumbs down and would never recommend them to anyone!!"

"I ordered 3 items from handheld for my iPod touch 5th gen:
HHI S-Factor Two Tone Skin Case with Viewing Stand
HHI Armor Case with Viewing Stand
HHI (Invisible) Crystal Clear HD Screen Protector
I'm very impressed with the quality of the items considering the price. I'm not happy about the Shipping and Handling (S&H) which I'll mention at the end of this post.
The S-Factor 2 tone case looks good. It's light and doesn't add bulk to the ipod. I haven't used it for any length of time but it should protect the iPod body from scratches.
THe Armor case makes the iPod thick but also makes it easier to hold. The loop doesn't fit well when using the Armor case but the loop is not needed since the case makes the device thicker and easier to hold.
The screen protectors are easy to put on and are of good quality. I'm pretty happy with them. They're clear and unnoticeable when viewing the screen.
I'm not too happy with the shipping and handling. I ordered the items on Nov. 25 and received them on Dec 13. It entered the USPS system only on Nov 30th. The S&H cost for me was $23 to ship to Canada. For that price I expected much faster service. Handhelditems only paid $5 to ship the box. For $23 I would not order from them again unless I had a lot to order. The S&H cost is too high and delivery too slow."

"Ordered a graphics case for my wife's Kyocera Rise. Almost a week later (after I have a tracking number, it shows a status of shipped and my account has been charged) I get an email saying that case is out of stock and that I can select another product of the same price. No offer to expedite shipping free of charge or any type of upgrade.
On a positive note, the cases are very cheap (a little over $3) and had free standard shipping, so aside from having to wait about 2 weeks the product did arrive and was as specified on the website."
