Bob the parts manager is a horrible service rep
"He was very rude and avoided answering my question in regards to delivery of my parts. Instead he cancelled my order and cut the phone very rudely. Extremely disappointed by his tone and conversation. Although I spoke with John (another manager) afterwards and he was nice but my order was cancelled already by Bob"

"Probably my 3rd or 4th CV Axle I have purchased from Harr, among other items such as seals, and wheel hubs. Transactions are easy, and shipping is quick.
It would be nice to have an easier method on the site to look up parts.
Also, the last CV axle was not packaged as well as the others were."
