"After recommendation from co-worker I attempt to purchase a sub. First my bank blocked the purchase with debit card so I used my credit card I made two attempts to complete the purchase after the second attempt it went through. The next day Hifi calls and said we will have to cancel your order has per there policy you can not use a CC with a billing and shipping address. So after explaining to them I refuse to have my order stolen if it is shipped to my apartment, UPS always seem to mis-place my packages so I canceled my order all together and stated to them you should make that clear on your website. After cancelation of my order I checked my CC transactions and it reflect 5 again 5 attempted charge. I wish this site had an option to attach files because I would love to attach my CC transaction history. Zero stars because they made so hard to a get a an item over 100$."

"Do not purchase anything from this company! Product delivered was used, and had parts that didn't fit. No one answers when you call. They tell you that you can live chat but an error code shows up when you try to chat."
