"It was the worst experience making reservations I was quoted an incorrect price then after correcting the price my card was charged for both prices also person that is joining me for this stay reserved the same type of room 5 minutes after I did and was charged $300 less for the exact same reservation I’m extremely disappointed with this experience"

"When I called the number that I was on the Google search I asked him if this was Mount Juliet holiday in express he went on to tell me yes it was and I told him the night so I told him I'd stay then he went on to tell me it was going to be $102 a night that was tax and all for three nights should have been 300 and some odd dollars he told me it was 491 I said I asked him why so much and he told me it was the taxes and the surcharges that the motel charges I said that's a lot $165 is a lot okay so that's the only room they have available left I said well okay just go ahead and book it I should have known then he was lying cuz he said it's the only room they have left didn't catch it I get here for my reservation and the first thing I asked him is the pool open cuz it's a heated pool here Yes Yes ma'am it's open okay I have a 8-year-old that we stay here all the time excited okay cuz it's snowing she can't get outside then we get here number one I didn't make the reservation through here I have made it through this gentleman that had lied to me I was very upset at that point but then I'm informed that no that they don't have a pool it's been closed for a heater pump broke then I find out no that's not the truth either it's been closer cuz they're going to remodel the whole pool I get down there's no water in it okay then I call y'all twice tell you I didn't want to stay and the gentleman I talked to told me it didn't matter I could leave or I could stay I said well I want Am I going to get a refund why can't tell you that You can leave or you can stay that really upset me cuz I knew if I left I probably wasn't getting my money back and there was nowhere else to go supposedly is the only room available but when I got up here in my refrigerator didn't work she asked me if she could move me to another room after I got all the stuff in up here and I said y'all got another room she said yes now we have plenty of rooms so he lied to me again there this gentleman does not need to be working for y'all He's a very dishonest and lie for in a minute and I I'm a Christian lady I don't believe in telling lies You can't be truthful you don't need to be on this earth to be honest but anyway I'm not going to go there I'm not going to get mad I'm not mad still but when I emailed y'all said y'all will be getting back with me I've heard nothing yet I've had two emails I've sent you Tell me the pool is empty I'm just not happy at all but I like your old is not going to do nothing but sit in the room because it's snowing outside so no I spent $500 for nothing I will never ever and I've told this this motel long as they're using people like y'all to rent y'all's room so end up losing all their business they said they've had lost a business that's probably why cuz people are lying to them but anyway this is Miss Johnston you're more than welcome to call me ***-***-**** or email me at ****@**** but I think I should get my money that he lied to me about the $160 something that's his commission this little girl told me here he lied to me and that is not correct if he had been honest I would have said okay you you know you're booking the room but for him to tell me I was talking to Mount Juliet and that was just their extra charges here which was not true that should come back to me or to my credit card and if it doesn't I'm going to talk to mission and I will call BBB also I got all y'all's information and I will turn it in"

"My flight landed in Las Vegas very late on Valentine’s Day night. I called La Quinta in desperate search of a room. Ms. Lizbeth answered the phone. She was gracious and considerate, providing both lodging and directions to La Quinta without which I would certainly be lost in the city. Her assistance and support is greatly appreciated.
