They are slow and overcharge for shipping
"I placed an order on July 17 and they charge me $20 for shipping extra for two day shipment however they didn’t fill my order until July 27 and charge me the $20 for two day shipping what a rip off"

"Terrible Customer Service.
I purchased a printer and supplies from them with my US issued and based AMEX card. Some days afterward I received an email that they only take T/T (which dont protect the consumer as credit card purchases do) without giving me reason. After I asked why, they responded (after some days) that the card was from Mexico. NO IT IS NOT. I replied with the US billing address, to prove the card's emission, and the just replied that they would only accept T/T. I dont know what type of scam they are running, that does not protect the consumer, maybe their products are not good and they dont like to deal with demanding clients. Anyway, bought it somewhere else, with the same card, and got a much better service."

"Horrible! After about two to three business days, I got an email saying they couldn't get a verification from my Credit Card company and so wouldn't deliver the printer I had ordered. They could have tried harder in calling the Credit Card company (which was Chase). This was after already charging my credit card. In other words, the money was already paid by visa. So I was frustrated with the delay of the whole thing. I ended up buying the same printer from another vendor."
