"This is unacceptable. They only gave me so much for 4 new iPads fresh in their boxes. Then they turned around and charged me a fee to receive my money. It was bad enough that I had to reach out to them over and over again to get any information/updates. In addition they forced me to pick PayPal. They said on their website if the product was described that they’d even consider giving me more. No instead they charge me a substantial fee which gives me a lot less. I hope you’ll do better and make sure to compensate your customers. Especially ones who sell you new sealed items that are going to make you a ton of money versus used ones.
