"I ordered teeth bleaching refills on 18 October and recieved confirmation email within minutes. A short while later an email was received advising me that my order was filled. I live in Australia and just got the package yesterday 29 Oct. The Zoom product I ordered had exactly the same ingredients as the one my dentist gave me but it is so expensive at the dentist I decided to find cheaper online. I was dubious and a bit worried that I would pick a dodgy website but I am so relieved it all worked out! I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering from here again ( as well as recommending the site to any of my friends that need tooth bleaching refills at an affordable price )."

"I ordered Refill Wide 618PNG online and got a confirmation on 20Sept2012. Wrong product 614PNG was delivered and I emailed back. Their apology came on 5Oct2012 asking me to ship back [at my expense, said they will reimburse]. Returned and emailed scanned copy of receipt on 11Oct2012. Havent heard from yet: no product, no compensation and no apology. Very bad for business. Please advise how I can get my money back. Thanks"

"The good: their prices are competitive.
The bad: everything else. Slow to ship, and zero customer service. The electric toothbrush I purchased was defective from day one. Emails to them about this went unanswered for days. When they finally did reply, their assistance was unacceptable. I ended up going to the manufacturer for a resolution."

"Ordered waterpik tips October 26. Kept checking the USPS tracking and nothing was happening, so November 5 (Saturday) wrote and asked where the items were. Short reply that they would be sent early next week. Credit card was charged for the amount of the items. It is now November 14. No change at the USPS. Just sent another email requesting them to send the items immediately. Won't do business with this company again."
