In December, I ordered shirts for my son, but they overcharged me, so I returned the items and canceled a backordered piece. I followed their return instructions, dropped off the package at UPS, and assumed everything was settled.
Three months later, they charged me $100 for the backordered item, and I discovered my $150 return was never credited. After weeks of emails, customer service keeps making promises but won’t fix it."

They refuse to refund me and will not send the an outfit I ordered!!
I will never use this website again and I will for sure tell everyone I know to never order from this place. Even after contacting customer service multiple times, and no help at all!!!!"

They are now the worst company
I used to like King Size and use it for all my clothes. They are now a terrible company that seems to try and trick and scam their customers to take your money. Last 2 orders I have made they shipped the wrong size and make it a hassle to return and just get your money back. Most recently, I put in an order 1 month before a vacation for some new clothes. I really just wanted a jacket, but since they already had a ridiculously high $24 shipping charges, I added a few tshirts to my order as well. 2 weeks later, the package arrived and the jacket sent was the wrong size, but has a sticker on the bag with the size ordered. I had to call in to try and get the correct size sent as their website only allowed a return. The agent said it wasn't possible for them to just send a replacement and that he would refund only the item cost and I would have to reorder. I said this wasn't acceptable as I would again have to pay the ridiculous shipping charge to reorder, so why should I pay for their mistake? He said he couldn't refund shipping charge because I received other items that were correct. I stated it wasn't acceptable and I would be filing a PayPal claim as that was payment method used. Then he suddenly was able to reorder it and send me a replacement item with no additional shipping. It took 5 more days to get a shipping notification. But when you check the tracking number it just says Label Printed, Awaiting carrier pickup. It has been this way for a week. My vacation is now a couple days away and I no longer want the jacket since I won't get it in time. They say it can't be cancelled because it already shipped according to their system. They say I now have to wait 20 more days and call them back to file a lost package claim. So basically, they will have my money for about 6 weeks without providing what I actually ordered and I had to ship their incorrectly sent item back. A lot of wasted time for nothing."
"I placed an order on a Sunday evening. My choices at checkout were 50% order or free shipping. I selected 50% off order, when it was through processing, I was charged full price. I tried to call that evening, but even though it says 24/7/365 customer service, I couldn't get a hold of anyone.
I called first thing the next day and was told it was too late to cancel the order.
I can't even call the bank to stop the charge because it's a bank holiday!
I will be sending back the entire order. I'm SURE they will charge me a fee to do this!!

"This company seems completely clueless on how to run an online company. It's insanely hard to get a actually person on the phone for any order problems. They sent the wrong item, when I am finally able to get hold of a friendly yet completely useless call center CSR, she keeps trying to sell me more stuff while "processing" their mistake.Then she claims she will refund my original payment, so that I have to reorder again from scratch! I paid again via my cc to get the replacement on it's way to me, and specifically asked her to:
1.send me the receipt for todays' cc purchase.
2. Process my complete refund for the first go round to my PayPal account.
Well neither of which as yet to occur, plus the refund amount they tell me will be credited doesn't include the $12.99 they charged me to send me a wrong item.
I would suggest avoiding this company in favor of one that actually understands communication and customer service. Try DXL."

It was too big for me so I call them for a exchange for a smaller one and now that one lady over charge what I paid for which turn out to be $242.63. Now I received my sport jacket and still doesn't fit. So I decided to return for a full refund but it's been 4 to 6 weeks now and I still haven't received my FULL REFUND!!! "They are high priced... products and shipping!! In order to get the sale you have to buy more than 3 of the item!! If you have an account and say your due date is the 21st of the month... and you pay it on that date but it's after 6pm, you are charged a $29. late fee although you paid it on the due date!! It cost say $24.99, you have to buy 3 of them for the sale price, and shipping is $18.00 plus the tax!!"
"I ordered graphic T-shirts, took about a month to arrive. When they did finally come, they were so cheaply made, knew they would not survive one wash. Sent them back, took another month for them to acknowledge that they received them and the return was being processed, another month has passed, and my account has still not been credited. They say they are investigating, but until it is resolved, I must continue to make the monthly payments. In the meantime, they have increased my credit limit. That does me no good. I am still paying on merchandise I don't have; increasing my credit limit does not put money back in my pocket. I will continue to pay it off, only to protect my credit rating. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM KING SIZE DIRECT AGAIN!!!"

"This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Not only did it take seven weeks to get order. So I tried to cancel it and they told me no it’s in the shipping stage we. I returned my shirts because I Felt they more cheaply made . So not only did I not get free shipping which they charged me what’s the charge me they call it stocking fees so far it cost me26. dollars. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I order from this company"

"I ordered 3 shirts on March 27th, it is now April 20th. Just seven more days and it will be a month. It took them two weeks to ship my item and now it is stuck 3 hours away from my home. It has been there for 5 days. Not sure who they use for shipping as the USPS tracking info says waiting to receive the package. I emailed their customer service team two weeks ago and received no replay. If I had known I was going to have to wait for a month to receive my purchase, I would never have ordered from these guys. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before ordering. Just for reference I ordered a watch from Singapore and got it here in 4 days. These guys can't get three shirts from Indianna to Texas in a month. Buyer BEWARE."
