EXCELLENT Customer Service
"I've been ordering from Kratora for multiple years and have never had any issues with any delivery. Last week I received a bag of Green Thai and somehow the bag got a small cut during shipping. I let Kratora know about the cut and that only a couple of tablespoons were spread out in the shipping bag so it wasn't too upsetting. They immediately shipped a brand new bag of Green Thai first thing in the morning, I received the shipping notice before their response even came through which is pretty great service IMO. I will always order from Kratora and they are a company that believes in their product."

"The company that delivers the products for Kratora made a mistake on my delivery address. I brought this to their attention, and they were so quick to correct it, re-sent my order and sent it by way of 2-day express so I would get it quicker at their own expense. They went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to wait longer than necessary and made sure the order got where it needed to go. Excellent quality product too, I was very happy with the results of this product. I will be ordering from this awesome company again, thank you so much Kratora!"
