Easily installed; fit my printer perfectly
"Since my husband died, I've had to struggle with computer supplies. The website steered me to a set of toners guaranteed to fit my printer, even though the product brand and number were different. They were much cheaper than what I thought I wanted, so I took a chance and am glad I did. They were super easy to install in the printer carriage and the printer prints perfectly."

Love LD products
"I love LD's ink cartridges. They work extremely well, arrive well protected, and are easy to install. However, this particular shipment had substitute cartridges. Specifically Magenta RC-00271XL, G&G NP-C-0271XLY, and RC-00271XL which are configured differently that LD cartridges. They intalled OK, but I'm not certain they are the same quality of LD cartridges."

Prompt and courteous PERSONAL service.
"I have placed several orders with LD Products and have always received items on time and in good condition. This time three cartridges were ordered. When I opened the plastic cover toner come out and the actual cartridge was so soiled on the outside with toner it was impossible to clean. The other two were perfect as usual. When I called and explained what had happened a replacement cartridge was entered in the system at no charge. The same day I was notified it had already shipped at no charge. It can't get better than that!!! WDS"

Ordered Covid19 Masks - says on web, In Stock 4 day ship - Finally, fortunately received 2 weeks later
"Ordered Covid19 Masks - said on web, In Stock 4 day ship - back then and now - Finally, fortunately I received a second shippement weeks later which contained the Masks - ID sent the first shipment on time but even though their ship info included both the Dawn and Masks - surprised when I opened the box to find just the Dawn. Following I did two "Online Chats" - The person at the other end was very polite but the first one did not reflect what she to me what to expect - didn't happen, causing the second chat - I am happy I copied and pasted the UPS info for me to track as I did not get any other info from ID - it was then delivered as forecasted by UPS. Expensive but very happy to receive - even late!"

Failed again
"Ordered some page dividers and masks.. Said they were in stock and ship from So. Cal and i am in No. Calif.. Figured 3 - to 4 days. I received the dividers and no masks. No comments except an entry on their order site that the order was fulfilled. I ended up having to contact them and eventually was able to find out the items were backordered though it didn't say so and they didn't contact me. Finally they said we just got them in and i should have it in a few days. Still waiting to see that. same problem with ink i ordered - they said they had it and then after waiting and waiting i find out it is backordered and don't know if, or when, it will be back in. At least i received a full refund"
