"I ordered a Leappad 2 for my daughters birthday, total cost was $227. She opened it at her party to find the screen inside all the packaging was covered in scratches. I do not understand how they packaged this product in the condition it is in, and sent it to me.
I contacted the customer service for help right away, first they wanted photos of the scratches. I sent them. Then they asked me to send it back to them, which I did. Months later I still have not received my refund. The customer service has been a nightmare, I do not recommend anyone shop on their website. If you need a Leapfrog product buy it from a store with a good return policy."
