"BAD SERVICE - For the first time I happily made an online order on November 12th instead of picking it up from the store for my favorite pair of jeans, the brand I mostly use – Levi’s. I would like to make a note here that I ordered these for the Thanksgiving holidays. The order took like a 6 business days to reach my door - November 20th, and I was appalled to see that the order contained items that were not what I ordered, however the order receipt was indeed mine. I called the customer called immediately and the representative mentions (surprisingly not apologetic) that she will go ahead and submit a re-order. And that it will reach me in 2 business days – precisely on November 4th, which was still ok since I had 2 additional days left for thanksgiving weekend. I decided to return the wrong items received only after I receive the right ones. Since that was the only way I could prove of a wrong shipment!On Monday, 23rd November I called the customer service again to check on the status since I hadn’t received any email notification on the same, I was surprised to learn that they hadn’t even started the shipment and that they were actually waiting for me to first return the received items – New thing that I learnt from the second call! The representative again, wasn’t apologetic, says that it is the only option. This is when I first started to get a bit worried/irritated/disappointed. I asked him to get me in touch with his supervisor, and he then transfers my call to his supervisor. Now comes the supervisor with his management tone, repeats the same ridiculous story that he will start the shipment and that the order would reach me, approx. in 5-6 business days in total and I did tell him at the start that this was something I expected to have for the holidays. He still continued with the same story without even feeling sorry! At this point I literally lost it, for all the time and effort wasted and at the state of my anger I told him to cancel the order and refund the money and that I will go ahead and return the wrong items through the UPS return shipment. AND HERE COMEs THE BEST PART – the supervisor immediately details me the steps to return the wrong items and how long it would take to get the refund. WOW!!! Kudos to Levi’s and team!!!PATHETIC customer service. I feel so awful and bad! Will never choose Levi’s ever!"
