Should have read rhe reviews first
"Should have read the rewiews first. Ordered a pistol. got an email the next day saying the FFL i chose did not have a current form with them. called them and they said they had sent a request to them. I told them i wanted to cancel the deal and get a refund. they told me it would be a 15% restocking charge. HUH? order has not even been processed. gave me some bull about a 12% credit card fee they use.
they person was arrogant and unfriendly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR PURCHASE AGAIN!!!"

Seekins rifle deal
"Great rifle purchasing experience. Website works well, lots of good gun gear at great prices. As the site states it takes a week or so to fullfil your order but not unlike many other online gun stores. Shipping thereafter was fast and I am thrilled with my new Seekins Havak. "I live in Texas, and ordered a pistol based on their web description, of NOT being California or Mass, compliant . That is what I wanted.
What I got was a California compliant gun, which is not easily recognizable, unless you take it down.
They won’t take it back, telling me to contact manufacturer. The manufacturer refuses to help. Not their mistake
Edit; when contacting Smith and Wesson, their said ALL MP Shield 2.0 in .40 SW, are built with magazine safety, due to limited numbers being built.
However after placing a negative review here, I was contacted by Locked and Loaded customer service via email, and got the issue resolved. Turns out the S&W rep. was wrong.
My apologies to Locked and Loaded. The only reasonI don’t give them a 5 is because the first CS agent I contacted, pretty much blew me off, until I posted a negative review,"

Hesitant to order due to bad reviews. Not my experience at all, twice!
"I was leery about ordering from Locked and Loaded due to all the bad reviews, but they were the only company I could find with the merchandise I needed in stock. It was at pre-covid prices even! I gave them a shot out of necessity, and my order was on my porch in three days!. Everything was just as it should be. I was so impressed that I repeated my order immediately. If not for fedex, the same thing would have happened. As it was, my order was there in five days, and just as perfect as the first one. I don't know how these folks got all the negative 'net exposure, but that was not my case at all. I will absolutely not hesitate to order from them again. I don't see how they could do better at any of it."

No communication w a bait and switch
"They took two months processing my order. I contacted them 3 months during this period with no reply. I had ordered mags and two sets of flip up sights. They didn’t have any of the rear sights in stock and just shipped the fronts with the mags, no communication and no willingness to fix the problem. Bad bad experience. Will not ever reorder from here."

DECEPTIVE SELLER. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.
"Don't be fooled by low prices. This company will sell anything and everything whether it's in stock or not, and don't tell you when you order that the item is not in stock. When you get tired of waiting after several weeks and try to cancel your order, they demand a 15 percent restocking fee or in store credit. They are desperate to keep your money, even during the COVID when sales are soaring. The only recourse with these people is to dispute it on your credit card. That works. Pass them up and go to the next online seller. There are plenty to reputable ones to choose from. This one is not."

Don’t buy from these guys!
"First off the customer service lady gets 5 stars! She is very professional and helpful. She did her best to help me and she probably ought to get a job with a company that cares about their customers as much as she does. Now as far as locked and loaded I'd love to be able to give them a negative 2 stars. I have never ordered something that was listed as in stock and had to wait more than a week or two. My order was placed May 1st. I ended up cancelling 7 1\2 weeks later. There was never any indication that my order was going to ship let alone it was ever in stock. Please do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money elsewhere. Save yourself the time and frustration. Trust me and all the other negative reviews."

Very slow to ship
"On 2-29-20 I ordered a meprolight m21 optic from locked loaded. I was enticed by their low online price. I made the mistake of placing an order. I waited a couple weeks and called them. The lady I spoke to said it would be shipping within 24-48 hours. Six days later it shipped. I did not receive my order til 02-16-20. They are very slow to ship. Do not order if you are in a hurry."

Beware of this business
"Ordered a Berretta A300 from them on January 1, 2020. Confirmed that they received the FFL on January 2nd. Other than an order confirmation, I've received no communication from this business other than canned responses to my inquiries. As of today, January 29th, I still do not have the purchased item nor confirmation that the item is or will be shipped. I only bought from them because Norton offered a 30 day shopping guarantee. I'm exercising that option today and hope that Norton LifeLock stands behind their promise. This business promotes questionable, if not downright fraudulent, business practices."
