"I have had no major problem with these folks. They seem like a small outfit, so they don't have all the bells and whistles that you might find when ordering from a "major" online retailer. I've placed 2 orders with LS, and am satisfied. I've found that their packaging is adequate (I've gotten worse from Amazon). I only have 3 issues: 1. Their web site order tracking didn't work in my case. 2. It took them a week to ship out my order. I wouldn't have had a problem with this if I could have seen the tracking status on the website. 3. I was missing part of my order, but when I called customer service, they sent it out right away. I've called their customer support twice, and have gotten right through (no waiting on hold). The rep was courteous and helpful. I would definitely order from them again. They have decent quality PC cases at great prices. Shipping was approximately $20 for a 20lb case (reasonable)."
