Waste of time using Logo Experts
"Just wanting to share my Logo Experts review and experience I had with them.
The example website designs they present as past work are on a completely higher level of quality to what they actually provide. So I decided to contact a few of the websites that they sent me examples to and turns out they never heard of Logo Experts and said they did not build their websites, false claims by Logo Experts
They promise in their phone sales pitch that you can get a refund if they do not deliver a suitable website design, this is completely false and they refuse to offer a refund after you've paid and they have now blocked my phone number so I have to call them via a private number just to get through.
The website I was after was just a simple 5 page website for my business so I could get my brand online and show my past work, so nothing to hard, not sure why they found it so hard.
Decided to pull the pin and went elsewhere, just be careful when using logoexperts.com.au"

Logo Experts Are Terrible To Deal With
"Logo Experts are absolutely not professional.
They have completely stuffed up our website and email accounts -just one problem after another.
They do not respond to calls( call center passing on info , so no direct line).
I called regarding no access to emails on 20th Nov 2019 and to date still no response.
The website hosting I use with them also manages the email accounts and they had an issue with their server that had stopped all emails working for 48 hours and when they fixed the server issue all of the emails were deleted, they could not get them back and we had important information.
Their live chat is not helpful and is also rude telling me to figure the problem out for myself, just read the other negative reviews online about https://logoexperts.com.au
