"I bought a pair of Q-jays earphones from Macinbag via Amazon and used them with great enjoyment for a year before the left earphone decided to spontaneously lose about half of its volume output. Despite the fact that by this time Macinbag had stopped selling Q-jays and the warranty for the cord only lasted a year (I don't believe it was a cord issue, but they could've tried arguing the point) Macinbag was more than helpful in assisting me with the return of my defective Q-jays and replacement with a new pair. Don in particular from Macinbag was very helpful and prompt with his responses. I would definitely recommend this reseller for future purchases."

"Ordered a set of headphones from them. Quality is excellent. It was wrapped in a bubble wrap envelope. Package arrived by FEDX even though I picked the cheaper option of Canada Post. It took them about a week to ship my item and then another week to arrive to my house. It seems like they bulk ship their orders because right after I made the purchase, it shows the shipping date to be a week later. Other than the late shipment, everything was good. Their stuff is still a little over priced thou, but I ordered the headphone for a friend.
Update: The headphone stop working after 6 months, and they sent us a replacement one without any problems."
