Just fantastic!
"All I need was a cheap little mat in an oddball color. They had it in stock and shipped it almost the next day. It was packaged beautifully with very heavy cardboard even USPS would have to go out of their way to bend and twist. At my doorstep today. Such care and service for about 15 bucks with of goods! Plus they are located in my beloved NM."

Let's blame the shipper..
"3 large matts show up with huge bends across the top...customer service takes zero responsibility for sub par packaging and sarcastically tells me it's the shippers fault...not theirs...not true..has happened alot...never going back..avoid this company!"

"I am ordering from Hawaii so finding places to order from is difficult. I am paying more for the shipping from this location and waiting much longer for them to arrive. I had to order from another company to get it in time for a show and still not expecting to get the items for at least a few more days. Wondering why it takes so long to get the orders. Still need to see the quality of the products."
