I would give it 0 stars if I could
"This is the worst site to order from. It took them 2 months to send one item. Then, they refused to help pay for the returns. And in their email to me, the prefaced it with “if it doesn’t get lost in transit”. This is sketchy. I’m sure they plan to claim that they can’t refund my money plus the $8 I spent on the return shipping because it got “lost in transit”. TRUST ME, DON’T USE THIS SITE."

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE
"If I could give this site a ZERO I would. I have been emailing with this company since Feb 2018 about the items that I returned to them. So far I am getting nothing but a run around. I will persevere!!
The reason I returned the items is that the sizes were not true to what they advertise. I ordered 3 bathing suits in the same size. Each bathing suit was at least one size smaller than the previous one and the largest was barely a fit."

"I order two different dresses from this company. It took a month to get them and when I did they sent the same dress in a different color. Very low quality not worth the money. They also will take small amount of money out your account for no reason. BEWARE!!!!!!!"

MAYKOOL IS A RIPOFF-WILL NOT REFUND-MERCHANDISE IS CRAP!
"It has now been almost been a year since we returned this outfit to them with attachments of proof we returned. 8/16/16
They eventually respond to requests for the refund but they keep asking for invoices, proof of shipment etc, even though we had already sent them. They keep saying they never received it or it is being held in customs. They are a terrible company, terrible customer service and their products are cheap and falling apart. It costs more than the item to return. Paid through Paypal and you only have so long to contest it. We did and Maykool kept giving us the runaround. Paypal closed the problem saying it was past the time to complain so we are out about $60 for a $35 item. DO NOT BUY FROM CHINA!"

China scam!
"This company is a total scam operating out of China. Ordered five items, received three, but my credit card was charged immediately for full amount. Items received are supposed to be extra large, but are actually medium...really??? Cannot fit anything and I usually wear large. Poor quality, looks cheap! If you got the free shipping; offer and want to return anything, they charge you for the original shipping charges...oh yes! Shipping back to China costs more than what you pay for the merchandise. Stuck with clothing I cannot and would not wear! Don't waste your time or money!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! The shirt I ordered from here is poorly made, and the shape is bizarre, like someone tried to wing it freehand when they made it. When I contacted them to return it, I was shocked to find out that their return policy is "they refund your money ONLY if they decide, and they decide only when they get your item back". So you could be out the return shipping PLUS the cost of the item! Not worth it. Junk merchandise, junk service. Very sketchy."

"Total scam!!! I wanted a cute jumpsuit for an upcoming trip and saw some cheap China made ones for like 12 bucks and then I saw this one for 36 and thought I was safe...guess again!!!! The picture of it on their website is fake!!!!! What I received is a thin see through face satin material and it came from China bc the package said so too! It looked thick and good quality in the picture but it appears they stole that picture from another website. So disappointed! If I wanted the cheap one I would have bought it for 12.00 on the web not paid 36 for this piece of junk! Do not purchase from this site!"

"Total scam. The image on their website showed a great-quality costume, and what I received was a papery, super low quality piece of junk. It cost me $18 (for a $50 costume) to ship it back to them for hopefully an eventual refund. I've never seen such a huge blatant LIE of a difference between a product on a website and what was actually received."
