"Tested" the memory for many hours, never shipped it.

"Ordered at 9am and paid for overnight shipping. Called at 1 PM to ask when tracking would be available. They said the memory was in testing and would have a shipping number later in the afternoon. I called again at 5PM, and they told me the memory was still in testing, and that it wouldn't go out that day. This was for a customer who needed it urgently, and now I'm stuck looking like I can't deliver because this company doesn't test their memory until they try and sell it to you."

"I used your website to detect my computer and advise the correct RAM memory stick. I contacted support for advice and they responded in a few days with instructions on how to install the memory. I sent a follow up email to support and got the additional information I needed - again, in a few days. I felt confident at that point to order the memory and install it. I liked that the order was tracked by UPS and I could follow it's status. I expected it to arrive Wednesday the following week, but it arrived Monday ahead of my expectations. I removed the old memory (2 GB total) and installed the new memory (4 GB total). My computer recognized it immediately. You can imagine that the change was dramatic. My desktop was built in 2008 so it's getting old, but the added memory really speeds things up. It was well worth the $50 I spent. Each time I power on my computer, a smile crosses my face since the experience is so much more rewarding. I really appreciate your website and how it can detect the correct memory for my computer, and especially the support I received from Kent Keltner. Thank you all for making this possible."
