Ripoff Site Buyer Beware
"Software installs then after a few weeks stops working, almost like a trial period has kicked in. I bought the full version, one time purchase so there was no monthly fees. BUYER BEWARE there is no answer at the tech support and they dont answer your emails."

Update on Unregisterable Software
"On the third request for a Microsoft registerable key for Office 21 Pro, Technical Support provided a product key that did work on a brand-new HP Victus Windows 11 gaming laptop. The company did eventually satisfy my purchase and I now have a functioning MS Office Suite. It was hard 'battle' but success was finally achieved. (see 2023-03-02 Review for more details). Thank you to Technical Support."

TOTAL SCAM
"DO NOT ORDER, this is a scam. Phon4 number does not work, not valid.
I purchased a product from them, and for a while they were responding to emails, but they no longer respond to that either. Over two months, more than TWO DOZEN EMAILS SENT!!! No response. The product key is iNOT VALID, Microsoft says the number has been BLOCKED. That means this company sold an ILLEGAL, INVALID PRODUCT KEY, and has probably skipped the country as they no longer respond to any emails and do not provide a working phone number."

Disappointed at 1st, but it was addressed
"Purchased VISIO 2019, download ok, activation key didn't work.
Called tech support, they had me re-install and screen captures, sill didn't work.
They sent a new activation key and when I tried it Microsoft said this had already been used.
I sent Tech support screen captures and no response.
I've asked for a valid activation key or refund, hoping they will do the right thing.
Tech support sent a third activation key and it worked"

Poor tech support and customer service
"The download of MS Office from this site to my PC would not work. Their website says they offer 24/7 tech support but the phone number provided does not work. They do reply via email but it's been many annoying hours of screenshots back and forth, jumping thru their hoops, with no resolution. Very weak for something which should be a quick easy fix."

It was all very easy. I highly recommend Microsoftsoftwares.
"I purchased a new computer with Windows 10S installed. I waited about 30 days for Microsoft to offer the free upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10. After the Windows 11 upgrade via Windows Update the Office 2021 install went off without a hitch. Great price! TY!"

Installation corrupted all existing files
"Installed your product and it corrupted all my existing files. I spent 2-1/2 with the MS Support trying to figure out what happened. Everything worked fine 10 minutes before I installed your product. Nothing would open after installing your product. I had to take an several hours afterword's to execute the work-around the MS Tech gave me."
