No help- won’t return money/ scammers
"I brought minutes for the friend’s phone in Canada and he never got the text message and he can’t use the minutes. I found out the info to call the phone carrier direction and I ask them for a refund and they said they can’t, but my friend is unable to see the mins because he is on a plan.

"This is first time to use this app, unfortunately iam disappointed , its a scam clearly, i tried to recharge my mobile in Egypt and U.A.E , i started a test with Egypt number, thet deduct the amount but recharge no. Scam beware
"I wish i could give no stars, this company is a scam, took my money, never got the recharge, they put a different phone number on the recharge and my invoice appears with a date from last year, its march 15 2019 not may 16 2018! Total scam! The invoice appears with a 6 dollars recharge to a number that i did not enter whereas i put 10 dollars which is what they took from my account, but no recharge, im going to report this company for sure! Total scam"

bad experience
"they were a good company i was using till i had an issue with them. my credit i bought was sent to me and it vanished again within the next 10min without even making a call. the company said they investigated and that the credit was sent. i have been using the services for sometime and dont understand why i will lie at a $8.99 credit. the sad part was i was in another country when that happened so what if its a life and death matter and needed to use the credit? they disappointed me big time on the handling of that issue. they never refunded me and never gave me a good explanation. they just took my money for nothing."
