Fraudulent and Discriminatory
"They debit you before carrying out any form of verification!
They don't deliver if you need them urgently but they're so quick to taking your money, then you start begging them for your refund!
Their KYC process is also inconsistent, they make you go through more rigorous processes if you're from certain countries!
They won't tell you all these upfront, they take your money and make you go through hell!"

They sure do have some great prices but at a price... of Your privacy and valuable time.
After asking for an SMS verification, and getting your money from your bank account or debit card, they will block the transaction and request you to send them a passport, a selfie, and a picture of the card you used and even a bank statement if they feel the need for it.
I canceled my order and requested a refund, it was by far the worst experience online. I don't know why I want to "test" them, I have good history with other distributor. Horrible experience."

"Holy crap! I tried ordering a Japanese 10,000 Yen PSN card from them and it is like pulling teef with these people. Their "verification" system is beyond redonculous - they want copies of: A government ID, a copy of your credit card, and a "selfie." Not only that, but you have to use their scan system/link, which requires to give them access to your camera. It's waaaaay too intrusive. It's not worth the hassle. I'd rather pay a few bucks more to play-asia or yes-asia, if that's the case."

Horrible company keen on wasting your time and testing your patience
"I made the colossal mistake of actually attempting to purchases something off Offgamers, they promised a turnaround of 5 to 30 minutes, but then stated that it will take up to 24 hours, and that additional documentation will be needed. After sending through pictures of my credit card, driver's license, as well as the most frustrating selfie one can imagine, I was met with another request for another picture, this time I sent through a picture of my identity document, was met with a request an additional 24 hours, and to add insult to injury, stated "they never received the documentation". It is nothing more than a frustration, I cancelled my purchases, I will be requesting a complete reversal from my service provider, steer clear, it isn't worth the effort nor worth your sanity, unfortunately they now have sensitive information, but I guess it is a lesson learned."

They put the OFF into Offgamers
"I purchased a 20euro Neosurf voucher using POLI instant banking as the payment method.
To put this into perspective i used POLI to launch an internet banking session with my bank, entered my 16 digit customer registration number, entered my password and responded to 2 Security questions asked by my bank during the logon process.
i then selected my bank account for the payment and successfully completed the transaction. That however is not sufficient verification for Offgamers so they commence their own process.
After 45 minutes verification by Offgamers still pending.
After 1 hour i get an email saying verification could not be completed and they have issued a refund. Hmmm
The email mentions that verification failed because of my profile data being incomplete They ask me to update my profile
with my first and last name and then advise them via email once done. I do this immediately. It seems that when i registered
with Offgamers the personal data i entered has not correctly transposed into my profile. This is an Offgamers technical fault which btw didnt cause verification to fail on a Visa transaction I did with Offgamers a few days earlier. I guess when your profile has your initial and full surname intact some security folk at Offgamers can manage to use their brains and complete verification
It seems however that the customer gets penalised when Offgamers have a tech fault. Offgamers are not refunding gst or order handling costs. I can expect to wait 30 days before seeing the 20 euro refund.
Cherry on top because i failed verification all online payment options have been permanently removed from my account.
Support sincerely apologised for any inconvenience caused - LOL!
Take a good hard look at yourselves Offgamers - YOU ****.
Update - Still waiting for Offgamers to refund my money. They say they have refunded me and yet no money has turned up
in my bank account."

Stay Away from Offgamers
"Stay away from this company if you not want get problem.
here is why.
i buy 2 PSN $50 US on same order. all code have same problem. the code can't reedem because the code not activated on offgamers backend (it show Error WC-40377-1 on PSN)
i contact support. i make request just activated the code on their end. they said should be waiting 3 working days to investigation. Are you kidding me? i should waiting 3 working days on small problem?
after 3 working days, no answer or update from offgamers. i should contact support again. and got refund only 1 code.
i make complain, and should waiting 3 working days again to investigated another 1 code.
today it was 3 working days for 1 another code. like before no answer and update until i contact them again. now, they said "still awaiting respective team to finish the investigation" and can't provide specific time to solve the problem. For what i give they 3 working days again if they can't solve this problem.
What are you doing so letting me wait so long?
Is this how you treat all your buyers?
I think this company is run by one or two people only
this company very not recomended and unprofessional. support is useless and brainless. better, you find another seller if not want get problem like me."

"I have been buying iTunes cards from offgamers for years best place to get them 99% no problems I had a problem once and it got sorted within a few hours if not less and you only need to wait a few seconds and you can punch in your iTunes code or use your camera straight away I have never had to wait thank offgamers for years of excellent service"

"Before the codes were almost instant and now i have to wait up-to a minute to get them, which isn't too bad but, when we had almost instant purchase, to now waiting it's not moving forward, its kinda moving backwards.
