"Bought it, wouldn't install on my windows 7 computer so never used it. Was a wate of money for me. I bought a new computer with windows 11 on it. Seemed like my only fix for the problem. Now I wish there was a way to get my money back. Feeling sad about it all."

Instructions not complete
"The information came timely after you do your purchase then you spend 2 hours trying to install the thing it does not work while using Microsoft Edge there's nothing in the insurance to say it does not work with that then you install Google and it goes along this stated but you wasted a lot of time using a Microsoft product to install a Microsoft product and they do not work together and again nothing stated in any of the instructions that it would not work"
