Outstanding Service from Pick-up to Delivery! AAA+++
"Way to raise the bar, Nexus! Exceptional service, follow through from initial contact to follow up on and after delivery.
My booking agent discussed cost, followed up to confirm agreement, confirmed dates then contact me to complete the transaction. The driver showed up on agreed upon day and time, which was super short notice -near same day. Driver handled my vehicle with outmost care. He additionally contacted me when he was within fair distance to my delivery address. then the best part!! My vehicle was delivered an entire day ahead of schedule as I expressed my anticipation. NEXUS mastered the art of communication, booking and delivery!
Please note that my initial booking was with another provider which contacted me a day prior to pick up demanding a significant additional amount "per driver's request".
Nexus delivered on its promises at every turn! AAA+++. THANK YOU!"

Hassle Free Car Shipping
"Quick and painless. I called Nexus the day before I wanted to ship my car and they quoted me $200 less than what some of the other companies were quoting me. They also said they could pick it up the very next day. They called me the next day and gave me a three hour heads up when they would come. They were on time and promised delivery in 5-7 days. They delivered the car without damage 5 days later, on a Sunday. I will definitely be using them next time I ship my car."

"they promised me one pick up date and one price then on day of pickup told me i have to pay more money then agreed after wasting 3 of my days. they said if i pay more ill get it faster so i agreed a second time now second driver also running a day behind on pick up and on delivery. so in the end i paid more got my car later and broker wont even pickup the phone on me or answer texts. worst customer service and transferred 5 times!!! dont use them all liars!!!"
