refusal to give country or origin
"I contacted nutsinbulk in every way possible 5 times over a period of weeks, to find out the country of origin of their bulk organic sunflower seeds. I received no reply, yet I received many promotions over that period. It is impossible to contact them by phone. They lost a potential customer. I found the product and had it delivered for the same price from an honest company."

dont waste your money
"I ordered melty mints from nutsinbulk and got melted flat mints. I inquired the same day I received my order and eventually submitted pics of what I got compared to what they look like on the site. The rep acknowledged they look partially melted and stated it must have happened in shipping and that they could not help me. If they had melted in shipping, they would have stuck together, which they did not. In the end, I have a box of mints that are flat in shape, discolored a bit and unappetizing. The company sent me sub-par mints and is blaming shipping and is unwilling to make it right. I will not be serving these mints at my upcoming event."

Terrible Quality
"I've purchased previously but the last batch of 25kg Walnuts in shell were extremely poor quality. The batch carried a strong odour of garlic which was initially off putting. However, when cracking them open I discovered at least a third of them were either mouldy, shrivelled or rotten and only fit for the bin. Contacted the company and was told I would need to buy another 25kg to have 10kg added free of charge. Understandably not prepared to throw good money after bad and will find another supplier for future purchases."

"What a great company!!! I got a 10% off coupon for my first order. I couldn't get it to work on the web site, so their customer service through e-mail, did exactly what I wanted. I was able to use the coupon. My Dad is a diabetic and is 87 years old. He is so excited to get the sugar free Jordan almonds! I highly recommend using this company. A++++!!!! I am a very happy customer!!!!"

"I ordered some lemoncellos. The first was a lot less expensive than what I had been finding. When the order conformation came through, it said shipping was going to take about two weeks, I knew this going in. I used the least expensive method. I was happy to see my order arrived in a week. The product was great as was the shipping. I will use this company again!!! Thank you."

Best nuts ever!!
"I could not find roasted salted Brazil nuts anywhere. So I took a chance and ordered from Nuts in Bulk. What a wonderful surprise! The nuts came quickly and were so fresh and delicious! I never have had Brazil nuts that tasted so good! Even the grandchildren love them. My husband said remember that company and that we should order all our nuts from them. The nuts were great! Nuts in Bulk is number 1 in my book!!"
