Bad Comany
"Why does every single package that ships to our house with you company have issues? Not one single other company has any issues.. UPS, Amazon,Fedex, walmart,Dhl and USPS can make it here fine without any issues. This is the 3rd Package that has been sent to us through yall and this is the 3rd package that has had issues! I have bever seen a company that messes up 100% of the time until now! How do yall even stay in buiness???"

No help when I KNOW they didn't deliver a package they claimed they did
"I KNOW the person delivering with this company either lost or took my package because even though it said it was delivered, it wasn't, and I can check my outdoor cameras to see if someone actually came that day or not. I get a notification every time someone approaches, including cars/vans driving by. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked with my neighbors to see if maybe they delivered to another house by mistake, which can happen sometimes. Nope. OnTrac claimed that they couldn't help me because too much time (18 days) had passed since they listed my item as being delivered. They basically absolved themselves of any wrongdoing. Apparently, they have done this kind of thing often based on what I read when I typed "OnTrac reviews" into a Google search. Companies want to use them because they are a cheaper option, but then customers get screwed over."

ontrac is the worst BEWARE
"Worst company ever not only did i not recive my order you cant call them i was provided a number by shein and that number just hung up i had to text a agent on my phone then they tell me i have to wait 1-2 buiness days before i get an update on my order they have indepent delivery drivers taking peoples parcels and saying they delivered it and shein has no live agent nor did they have a number to call my question is if you decided to run a buiness you should have a way people can contact you regarding where they put there money i just cant stress that enough whenever you see ontrac is delivering your package be scared worst place you could ever use please BE AWARE!"

The absolute worst
"This courier lied and say they delivered my package, but never did, thus happened on two occasions, so whatever merchant is using On Trac has lost me as a customer Their name shouldn't be On Trac, it should be Off Trac."

"All 5 online purchased whom used Ontrac were all having delivery problems! Delivered to wrong place (TWICE!!), drop next to trash bin, lost package, left on a chair outside the building not even close to front door, now this time is delaying and not able to track..... Sellers, Resellers, vendors or merchant stores, please don't use OnTrac to ship your orders, I'd cancel the order if ship by OnTrac!"

Worst customer service ever..
"They close the chat in the middle of the conversation if they don't have a quick answer from you. I've chatted too many times with different “agents” and they all do the same. So disappointed!"

"They have lost over $400 over packages in the last 2 years. I have cameras, they say they delivered but have NOT! The drivers steal packages, the company lies to the customers."

Absolutely THE worst delivery company
"Simply put, you will never receive your package if you order from a company who uses them. Not only did they lose my package but they told me it was due to inclement weather conditions.... um it's 85 degrees out, perfect weather. No rain, snow, wind, hail or anything. Just sun... wtf. Just plain incompetence and lies"

"OnTrac keeps loosing my purchases that are shipped by OnTrac. The employees do not care, nor do they help some disabled, handicapped and customers of color. This has happened to me twice and this is more than a coincidence."

Corporate office defends delivery drivers that steal
"I had a Ontrac delivery person not deliver a package. She said it was delivered but it was not. I filed a police report against the company. Then the delivery person sent her husband to my house. He told me that he didn't believe I didn't receive the package! He physcally threatened me! Well I didn't! I searched my whole property and the neighbors properties! I walked up and down the street looking! So I called Ontrac corporate office. They NEVER retuned my call! They did not care! What kind of business is this? Well I will tell you! They are cheap so a lot of businesses use them! Ontrac does not care what kind of employees they hire!"

This is a horrible service.
"The driver stated he delivered the package and as I look at my Nest camera he just drove by the house and did not stop. OnTrac customer services states they can't help me because they show the drive came to the house, which is not true. Hopefully the store will refund me."

Lost 4/4 Packages
"Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have had 4 packages shipped through them this holiday season and all 4 have gone missing. I have one that sat in their warehouse for 10 days and they didn't consider it missing until I finally got through on their support line. Not only did the customer service person HANG UP on me but didn't even apologize for it missing. Then they get an additional 8 business days to "find" the package (which they wont) before I can get refunded from the vendor. So there goes my Christmas present that I ordered in November... Thanks for nothing. You pay for shipping and handling but get neither with this company."

Refused package, but show delivered
"I refused a package when it delivered to me. I thought the driver will bring it back and mark the package as return to sender. While the tracking information shown delivered. I thought there was some delay on updating the info. After a week it still shown delivered. Then I did my first call to OnTrack, they said will create a driver complain and will update me. Another week, still no update. I made the second call, they contacted the facility and confirmed the package is there, they will update the tracking information. But no update for few days, I did contact the third time, they promise me to update in 24 hours. Yes, they lied me again, after another week, I called the forth time. This time, they denied the facility received the package, and pushed me back to contact the sender, let them to file a package lost claim. It's almost a month after I refused the package, the sender filed the claim, but I got the deny from sender a week later as they got the reply from carrier is the package delivered. I made fifth call to OnTrack, same reply, ask me to contact the sender, but sender is already denied the claim won't do any further action. Sick of it, worse experience! Never trust the deliver guy, especially from this company."

Off Track -- When you don't want your package to get delivered time, maybe not at all.
"The best service for when you aren't sure if you ever want your package to be received let alone received on time. I've been dealing with a vendor who ships exclusively using Ontrac. I've had numerous packages unexpectedly delayed. This is annoying enough but the lack of accurate communication as to when the package will actually be delivered is even more annoying. In some cases the package simply never arrives despite repeated promises that it will be delivered (only available to the shipper when they contact ontrac to get a response). Most recently I had a package that was promised for Monday but then delayed to the following day. Fine, that's not a big deal. I see that it arrived 17 miles away in Hayward, CA on that date so seems like I'll have it soon enough. Now, it's Friday and the package is still telling me it will be delivered on the Tuesday -- as if they had some magical way of sending it back through time so I'd get it before now. The tracking information says it was delayed because of a weather event. We've had a little bit of rain, or maybe more aptly called drizzle but that was days ago. If this was the first or second time this had happened I would just be a little annoyed. Seems like it's every 3 or 4th shipment that gets delayed and i'm sick of having to call the vendor, communicate for a few days to see if it is eventually delivered and then have to coordinate cancellation and reshipment. i've told the vendor that I will not be doing business with them until they contract with a new shipping company. Until then I'll be shopping elsewhere and I NEVER WOULD EVER ship a package using Ontrac myself. Unless of course I didn't want it to reach its destination. They are good at that."

Delivery Issues
"When talking about customer service, my family and I haven't had a problem. Representatives are nice and take their time to try to solve problems. However, when it comes to delivery, it's a 1/5. If it was possible I would give them less than half a star. Out of the 4 times packages have come with ontrac, there hasn't been one time that the delivery man is able to leave it at the door. Not even that, he hasn't even enter my apartment complex. Messages saying that the package has being delivered AT THE FRONT DOOR are never true. Not even the front door of the apartment complex, which if that was the case, it's completely unacceptable. I have no idea how is ontrac still operating. This is probably one of the worst shipment companies out there."
