We didn't get our ticket and miss the game!!!!!
We bought a ticket on the 26/4/22 for the Champions League
Real Madrid vs Manchester City
Category 1 Gold
They promised they will send the e-ticket once it upload
Every day we sent messages by chat/email and tried to call without success
They do not answer the phones and there is no answer to an emergency
Out of dozens of emails, we responded to one at noon on the day of the game, saying that there was a problem, but that the tickets were guaranteed and that they would be sent no later than two hours before the game.
We did not receive the tickets
I can not describe to the depth of the disappointment and pain that caused us
Now we are trying to get a refund,buy nobody is answering"

Fraudulent company installed in Dubai
"I have purchased tickets from onlineticketexpress.com for Rolland Garros but the French Open has postponed Schedules due to Covid19 and reimbursed everyone.
I’ve been trying to contact them for a month to get my money back and they simply ignore emails and leave their phone on automatic message.
This is obviously a Fraudulent company."
