"This is my first time officially ordering from PC Specialist and honestly I was blown away with the end to end service, the communication on each step was incredible the updates and the amount of info is great… the sneak peek at your set up…everything was great u would be recommending you guys to everyone saved me the hassle of building my own I don’t have time for that recently..

New rig.
"My new gaming PC is utterly brilliant. I can play Cyberpunk at 180 FPS with path tracing and everything set to high. Frame gen works like magic. A look inside the case shows the care taken. I used to build myself at one time but I was never as neat as this. This is my second PCSpecialist rig, and they will be my first choice next time round."

2 Laptops for my children
"Really pleased with the service. The laptops are very good (Lafite Series: 14") and the keyboards are excellent. This is important because they are for the children's studies. Paying a little extra for more RAM and SSD storage was a sensible decision."

PC noisier than I'd have liked, but good service!
"Was a dependable and efficient pc ordering service, pc is powerful and largely what I wanted, its just a shame is a lot louder than I'd have hoped. During build they said the cooling solution I ordered wouldn't fit and instead of suggesting I switch to a bigger case, they suggested I downgrade and fans and downplayed the impact of this, which is a shame. Overall very good though, would happily order from the again."

Good System and all experience
"The ordering process was very easy, the configurator was very simple to use. The build was quick and was dispatched and arrived very quickly. The system is very nice and runs all of my system-heavy apps very well. The only downside is the size of the power supply. The laptop is a bit on the heavy side especially when you add the power supply but I guess that that is the trade-off for the system power."

"First of all, the PC builder is phenomenal and very straightforward as it doesn’t allow you to make an incompatible selection. Wide variety of parts and customisation options are virtually endless. Constant updates throughout the building stage and very transparent with any potential delays, never experienced a service as thorough and comprehensive.
