Their stuff doesn't have warranty
"I bought two phones and a set of Sony wireless headphones about 8 months ago, the headphones stopped to work and they said that I have to send the headphones back to China and that is going to cost me more than a half of the price of new set."

Went from great to awful; been almost a month and no refund!
"I ordered the Google Pixel Pro 9 Fold. The website said quality was 10/10 and under Google warranty. At first glance, the phone was perfect. By week 3, I noticed horrible camera quality. I tried filming under different lighting conditions and they all came out dull and washed out. I reached out to Google but was told the phone was from Japan and was already registered so I was unable to use the Google warranty for replacement. Requested a refund from PDA. Sent the phone back but it's been almost 1 month and no refund. Followed up and was told Friday but still no refund!"

"Overall, it was a good experience. I got my new phone for CAD 1,590 which is cheaper than what the stores advertised. Michael answered my emails patiently. The site is honest with the shipping time. I would give it 5 star if the pre-orders have shortened shipping time. I purchased mine on Dec 5 and got it mid-January. I was an anxious mess, overthinking if just let myself get scammed All good though, PDA Plaza delivered."

"Ordered phone boxing day, took 4weeks approximately but they were back logged due to holiday orders. I emailed 13 business days after order and they responded same day updating me. Sender requests package taken to post office requiring delivery notice and ID for pickup for more security of pkg delivery. Definitely recommend if your looking for a phone outside the cornered North American market!"
