Excellent Customer Service
"I originally purchased my touch up paint back in August 2022 in anticipation that I would eventually need it for my 2021 Sentra.
I should have checked the paint match when I first received it, but I procrastinated and never checked it.
Now it is June 2023 and I was ready to use it, but found that it was much too dark in color.
I sent the color sample in to Paint Scratch and they sent me out a replacement right away.
The color was a beautiful match.
Even though it was way beyond the allotted time, Paint Scratch still replaced the paint.
That speaks volumes of excellent customer service Paint Scratch provides."

"I have a set of wheels that are a particular shade of graphite. It was only through forums that I was able to find the paint code. Initially when you order it lets you know the potential for it to take up to 10 days and your placement amongst other orders which at first seemed like it would be weeks but after about a week my order was sent out and the rest was on snail mail which actually didn't take too long either."

Scratched No More
"Had to wait for a warm day to properly apply. Used the brush in a bottle kit. Color was perfect. Clear coat worked well. My application was the rear plastic bumper on a 2017 VW Jetta. The scratches were deeper than expected so should have used a spot putty. Didn't but still came out OK. Excellent product, easy to use. Just follow the directions!
