Cheap Garbage
"Bought a 3pc set for my mom for Christmas. 100$ Didn’t expect it to turn her finger green within 24 hours of putting it on. Purchased through Belk as a market place seller. No returns no refunds. 100% cheap garbage. Had quarter machine rings last longer."

"I think it's often people write reviews for bad experiences and I got nervous after I made my purchase because of the ones I read. However, my item came on time and the product was great. My only issue is I could only purchase a 12 month warranty. My item also looked like it was supposed to."

"Cancelled my order within a few minutes of buying online because I read all the terrible reviews. They contacted me several days later to tell me that I sent the email too late. I find it very surprising that a company that takes weeks to reply to emails can process and ship an order within minutes
As other customers have mentioned, this company uses digitally altered photos to show merchandise on their site, and the item received looks nothing like the item you thought you were getting

Never Sent the Ring, Never Replied to Emails
"Ordered a ring 3/7/22 ...it was supposed to be deliver 3/17/22 it never came, tracked the item via UPS...who then said to check with USPS....USPS said to check with the seller because the ring was never with them...I emailed Palm beach 3 times and never got a reply :("

"Bought a number of things in the past and customer service was good... No More! Returned ring because stone fell out after 2 hours... Wore replacement for 2 weeks and it had same problem. This time told me 30 days was up... Too bad, so sad for you we got your $50. Find another seller."

"Husband purchased blue topaz tennis bracelet for me for Christmas. Stones were lovely but clasp very poor quality...loose, very bendable. Cannot wear due to fear of bracelet falling off. There is no customer service department!
"There is no customer service department at this company! It is non-existent! They do not answer their phone, and they may answer your email 5 days later!. The product is just average however if you have a problem with anyting how were you able to rectify because nobody answers the phone I've canceled the remainder order of my order and I can't even change my billing information! Horrible horrible ,customer service"

Earrings Turned Black
"I purchased a pair of earrings from this company. I've only had them for about a week. They were originally gold, but they are now black. After wearing them for just one week, they are black. What a rip off. I'm disabled and cannot get around. I was told that I have to send them back and that I would get a refund. We will see. But I'll never purchase anything from this company again. Rip Off, stay away from this company. Stay far away! I am so disappointed."

I would give zero stars if I could
"I ordered a ring that cost me $249.00 when i opened the bag the only thing inside was another catalog and an invoice. NO RING!!!!! Called customer service sounds like it’s a call center over seas. Said they had confirmation package was delivered. Would NOT refund money or send MY ring I paid for!!!! Horrible experience! They are the reasons I will NEVER shop online again! Thieves!"
