Order canceled for item that was in stock
"I placed an order for an item in stock and they cancelled it for no reason. This order should have been honored. I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could. They just lost literally thousands of dollars of sales from me. I will never order from them again. Epic failure on their part. Poor business practices."

Unbelievable return and exchange policy
"Bought a pair of running shoes from them. After one short trial run, I sent them back to exchange for a half size bigger. But they said it was worn and not possible to do so and had it send it back to me. As a long time online shopper for sports products, I've never experienced this type of terrible service and policy. Never buy from Paragon Sports."

"Never recieved my sunglasses. They said they couldnt find them and offered to send a different pair but then said they couldnt. Stay away from paragon sports unless you like throwing away your time and money."

"I ordered $122.34 worth of products and they were never delivered. I called Paragon and they said that the delivery had been left on my porch by UPS and they would file a claim but otherwise "had fulfilled their responsibility" by shipping the products....so TOUGH LUCK for me if UPS can't find the products. They are unresponsive and clearly don't care AT ALL about keeping customers."

"Ordered a Marmot "Drew" hat on the 16th of December with ground shipping, since their site guaranteed the arrival of ground shipping orders made by the 18th at noon for "Zone 1" where I live. I received shipping confirmation on the 18th, and in fact my item had left the 17th, which meant to me that everything was going smoothly. What Paragon failed to inform me was that the order was leaving from California, and would not in fact arrive by the 24th, but instead on the 29th. They could have at least sent me an email, or asked if I wanted to rush the shipping, which I would have paid for. Now it is two days before Christmas, Paragon's shipping guarantee is a lie, and I have to go find a suitable replacement gift,even as Paragon is tying up some of what little money I have. In the end, I would never purchase from their store again."

"I ordered a Marmot Helium sleeping bag at an extremely low price. The item shipped the day after I ordered and arrived a week later (NY to CA). With the price I'd feared it was a previous years model with only a partial zipper, but it was the current model with the full length zipper. The item was outstandingly priced and it shipped quickly and arrived safely."

"I submitted my order for a couple of items, and there was an initial delay due to one of my filler items being out of stock. However, even after the situation was rectified, my order kept getting delayed for more than a week. I contacted them asking why the order stayed in "processing" instead of being shipped. The next day, the order status changed to "backordered" with an estimated shipping date in mid November. I contacted them to see if there was any error and cancel if not. I was informed that the item was in stock when I ordered, but became out of stock later, which would mean that the item I ordered was sold to somebody else even though my order should have reserved it. I would have given a neutral 3-star for a simple out-of-stock situation, but almost two weeks of delays and the items being sold out to others during the delays decreased my rate towards negative. I do not think I would order again from Paragon Sports."

"The store claimed they shipped the order and send me an email with a confirmation number. The carrier never got the shipment and neither did I. After multiple phone calls and a few more weeks, I finally got my money back. Since I never got an explanation of what went wrong, I would not ship at Paragon Sports again."
