2001 Maytag washer dryer - Thermos (dryer)
"Website was very helpful in determining what I needed to get the dryer working better. The schematics... We love schematics... I learned things. The parts were perfect. Part numbers and ratings match aftermarket products that aren't parts select OEM (at least in my case with the thermos. That was helpful for getting one that was out of stock but also for 2000percent cheaper.

"My name is Orlando and this is the second time I've used you guys for appliance parts and you guys rock. I opened up my oven and didn't see anything wrong but looked up the symptoms with the website and you guys recommend the thermal fuse so I found it in my oven and sure enough was burnt. I replace it with metal wire and turn the oven off and on. It seem to work so ordered it and replaced it . It was the problem. Received my part swapped it out and my appliance is back in business. Everything I needed
"Not only did they have the part I needed, they also had a video showing exactly what I needed to do to make the repair. Honestly, that extra information was the difference that made me choose to purchase from here rather than getting the part I needed cheaper elsewhere! I'm also very happy to know that they have all the parts related to my dryer in case I need them in the future (purchased by my parents back in the 80s and it's still going strong!)."

superior pricing, customer service, and results
"dish washer quit cleaning. followed recommendations for that issue. also found 2 worn out ports (12 years old) replaced those and still not perfect. chatted with customer service bought one more reasonable part and BINGO. Spent less that a service call would have cost and it work perfectly. part arrived day before Christmas - so it was Merry! not hand washing and drying! Have recommended them to friends and family"

Great information available on site. Helps you reassure your diagnostic of the correct parts.
"They have a great source of information that allows you to help narrow down your diagnostics and research. Part came in on time. Easy install in terms of technical ability, bit of labor involved. But have learned my lesson as individual living on TIGHT budget, paycheck to paycheck. Im no longer rely on cheaper non oem parts. Fail rate High. Many of the sellers are outside US w/ very few avenues of help if something goes wrong. Most dissapear before you can get a refund or exchange. OEM is the way to go. Backed N Warrantied by company not afraid of accountability when something goes wrong."

LG water pump
"My water pump would not water anymore in my LG washer, I order a new pump from parts select it came right away. When I took the washer apart I found that my tub boot retaining ring was badly rusted. I ordered a new one that day and it came in a couple days. Put it all back together and it worked great. It was a very easy job to do. Thanks PartsSelect! PS it is a very good company to do business with, the website is very easy to navigate and find the parts you need."
