Helped in a litter emergency
"Needed Cedarific litter and could not find it anywhere locally . The Cedarific Co told me that Pets Warehouse had it in stock. Turns out they did not have the size I usually use and ordered but they contacted me and substituted a larger size at no extra charge. I think I got two bags instead of four so the change might have been a wash, but they were right on the substitution. I would recommend them to anyone who orders pet supplies online."

"Placed my order and some time passed then I received order canceled notice. No explanation just canceled. I had to call you to find out why. I was told it was back ordered. I shouldn’t have had to call YOU, you could have included the information in your notice of cancellation."

"I received my order but had a wrong piece. Contacted them, they said they’d order the correct piece. Received it and again still the wrong part. Contacted them several times and have heard nothing. Very disappointed. Need the correct part very badly."

"10 minutes after placing my order I received an email indicating the item was back ordered. If I had known the item was not in stock. I would not have placed the order. Order placed in February. It is now April and I never did receive the item ordered order nor any communication from Pets Warehouse informing me of the status of my order. I would never shop here again."
