"I have been a customer for quite some time and never had any issues. However, when my last order was delivered, I was told I needed to pay $175 in import fees! I have NEVER paid import fees on any previous packages and this was not communicated to me during my purchase, otherwise I would have never placed an order. Customer service is terrible, you have to contact them through social media. A rep responded back to me on Whats App and told me I could pay the fees, send a screenshot of my invoice and they would reimburse me in 15 days. Absolutely not! "Horrible experience with customer service. I had missing items and Lauren and Courtney dismissed me and made me feel stupid, and quickly said that won't make a refund or send the missing items. To my disbelief they even asked me to look for those 7 items in the bag just in case if I haven't noticed them, the audacity. When I've asked if they've investigated with their courier company and with the pack house...well they haven't even replied. Pity that something is wrong within the company but clothings good. Anyways, I'm £100 short and extremely disappointed with prettylittlething."

Ik heb op 7-02 een pakket besteld voor 400 euro en heb gisteravond 21-02 heb ik een bericht ontvangen dat het retour is ontvangen bij PLT.
Ik heb het pakket NOOIT ontvangen en dus ook niet zelf retour gestuurd.
2 weken zitten wachten op mn bestellin en in m'n account staat dat het nog geleverd wordt op 23-02.
Nu moet ik het zelf nog maar een keer bestellen en bezorgkosten betalen, weer 2 weken wachten (terwijl ze ook een spoedservice hebben voor verzenden) en de kortingen die erop zaten kan ik ook vergeten!

Ik heb gezien dat jullie een 1 day Delivery hebben dus wellicht kun je zorgen dat het alsnog op tijd geleverd wordt gezien ik al bijna 2 weken op mijn pakket wacht. Ik heb het nodig voor mijn verjaardag dit weekend, dus het lijkt me wel zo netjes als jullie dit nogmaals opsturen en de bezorgkosten van een spoedlevering vergoeden. Dat is toch het minste wat jullie kunnen doen?
Er zaten ook kortingen op etcetera dus hoe wordt dit dan geregeld ? En wat als het niet meer op voorraad is?
Ik verwacht wel iets van een coulance vanuit jullie gezien dit niet mijn fout is. Een sorry vind ik helaas niet genoeg...

Mijn excuses hiervoor, maar dit is verloren gegaan op weg naar de koerier en is automatisch voor u terugbetaald, dus dit wordt niet naar u verzonden om te ontvangen. Kunt u alstublieft uw volledige afleveradres voor mij bevestigen en ik kan de bezorgkosten terugbetaald krijgen. Als u de bestelling wilt, moet u op eigen kosten opnieuw bestellen en de disocunts gebruiken die we ter plaatse hebben.

"I've ordered items from PLT a couple of times and I've never encountered a problem this bad! I purchased and ordered my items on August 31st with an expected delivery time of 9/7/20 which is perfectly fine and I knew that fell on labor day so it could be delayed by a day or two, but today I got in contact with customer service and they told me that my items won't make it to me until SEPTEMBER 23! Almost an entire month later!! And they chucked it up to the "courier" service. The customer service here is horrible! I usually really love to shop here, but this is just ridiculous."
"I ordered a huge order on the 2nd of July which was expected to be received on the 20th of July. It is now the 16th of August and i still haven’t received my order, no tracking updates, excuses that the “system doesn’t show anything”. i’ve been told to wait and now i’m not impatient, i’m just disappointed and disgusted with my first and last overall pretty little thing experience. There sizing chart first off is wrong then the picture of the item and the actual item itself does not match the picture very cheap store the dress I brought was very see through and extremely to large then we have to pay just to get it back to them . "I ordered 5 shirts and a pair of biker shorts from Pretty Little Things. They sent me one shirt correct and 4 other things I did not order. After trying all different ways to contact them I finally was able to speak with someone on facebook messager. They told me to return the items and send proof the items were sent and they would send out my correct items. I went back and forth trying to figure out how the items were getting paid for to be sent back to them. Finally they sent me a return code/link to go to to get the prepaid label. I had to go out of my way to buy a box to ship it back to them since the original packaging it came in was a complete mess. I had to go out of my way to find a printer to print out the return label. I had to go out of my way to go to the post office to ship it back to them. I had to send them a reciept with proof of it being sent. I'm then told ok we shipped your items, but one wasn't in stock so we issued you a refund. Without any discussion of if I would have liked a different product instead. I then had to go back and forth through messages, always answered by a different person, that get answered an hour after I send them because I was told to just order something else or wait for that to come back into stock. I then again had to go back and forth about the shipping charge since obviously I have no intrested in paying $10 dollars to ship one shirt when I clearly placed an order for multiple shirts and only paid one shipping charge. They refused to honor the 50% off that was the discount price on everything when I placed my original order.. which I placed correctly by the way. Therefore I had to pay more for the one shirt then I would have in the first place. They did absolutely nothing for me, and I did way more work then I was ever intrested in. They did refund my shipping for the one shirt, which again I placed one order in the beginning and never intended to pay more then one shipping charge. After recieving my new package, the biker shorts were labeled a size 10 when I ordered a size 6. I messaged them and they told me to return the shorts and they would send out a new pair. I refused to go though this headache again and asked them to either send out a new pair or refund my money. They said they couldn't not do that, and I asked for a phone number to speak with someone because I was tired of this back and forth game with all different people who I had to continue to explain my situation to. Finally I spoke with someone who explained it was a UK size 10 which is a US size 6. It blew my mind that all the people I spoke to before did not know this information espically after I sent a picture to them of the shorts as well as a picture of what I ordered. I would NOT reccomend ordering from this company. The back and forth headache on Facebook messager and everything I had to do to return the items wasnt worth the time. And in the end I got absolutely nothing for THEIR mistake other then way more work on my end. They were barely apologetic and almost made it seem like I did something incorrect here when in face they were the ones who sent me a totally different order then what I actual ordered."

"PLEASE READ IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BUYING. 1. they don't respond to customer inquires and then won't help because of the time they took to respond and 2. the swimsuits are horrible quality and don't match the description or picture. I ordered a cute swimsuit set off a pretty little thing and while I was ordering it didn't clearly specify the delivery date so I was hoping it would arrive within at least two weeks. Once I ordered the swimsuit, which was for spring break in two weeks, I got told that it wouldn't arrive in time and my delivery date would be after spring break. I understood the confusion and immediately contacted the pretty little thing customer service. The ONLY customer service option they had available to contact was email or submitting a question on line which would be an email response. That's exactly what I did, I contacted them and informed them of the issue and simply asked to cancel the order. No response, I contacted them a second time a day after my order, No response. I contacted them again three days after my order on Instagram instead and it took them a day to respond only for them to tell me they couldn't help me and I needed to contact a different Instagram account. So, I contacted the other Instagram account and after almost a day of wait they basically informed me they can't help because it was too late and I would have to pay to return my swimsuit. WHAT! I'm very frustrated. They weren't attentive and made my situation worse by not responding and now I have to pay to return something that I tried to resolve as soon as I ordered it. Once the swimsuit came in the mail it was horrible quality and not worth the money I spent to even return it. The swimsuit didn't look like the picture and the color was faded and old looking. Do not order from here because they don't find customers needs a priority and they will screw you over with swimsuit quality."
"The pricing is great (always has 40-50% off codes) shipping was fast, but this site is really a hit or miss. Some of my items looked NOTHING like they did online, I don’t like how they don’t give you an option to review each individual item on the website because I would like to warn others of my items that I was disappointed with!
