"I ordered 2 pair jeans and a few other items, one pair of jeans came in the wrong size, the other didnt come at all: instead I received a blouse that I didn’t even order! Just crazy how they don’t review the order before shipping."

Cheap quality
"I ordered 5 items only 2 fit
I ordered all the same sizes but everything was a different fit . One skirt was way too small and very thin cheap fabric that actually wore the color out in 1 wear . Other skirt was huge and not at all like the picture very dark in color and the last skirt actually fit but the material looked much different than pictures . The clothes look very cute online but not so much in person . Use have to say I only liked 2 of the 5 items I received ."

"I LOVE the bodysuit I ordered and it fits really well, but there is a giant snag is the mesh back. It is still really cute and is true to size, but I'm bummed about the snag."

"Size if clothes and shoes is on point. I ordered clothes and shoes on 7th February and I received it on 12 February to Norway. Normally when I ordered from other place or website, delivery time is 3-4 weeks. So I’m really happy with prettylittlething service. I LOVE IT ❤️❤️❤️"

Returns too expensive
"Over all I had a good experience with Prettylittlething. Unfortunately the sizes are quite big, so only one thing really was the right size for me. I live in Belgium and since they don't offer free returns I might as well give the clothes away for free because shipping is about as expensive as the clothes themselves."

LOST ITEM
"My package was scheduled to arrive 4/02/20... 3 week after purchasing the item which is already a lengthy period. Its now the 13/02 and my package is yet to arrive.... When I track it, it says it been sitting at some airport I do not know if for the past 2 weeks....
