Poor Quality / Show Speed / Poor Communication
"Avoid them. We spent $15,000 on a trading card print order that was delivered over 2 weeks past the estimated time. The quality is awful. Bent corners, missing ink spots, dripped UV, etc. Really poor quality. I wish I could attach pictures to this review to showcase."

"PrintNinja rocks! It was the first time I printed my own picture book, and I could not have asked for better help on my project. The customer service was outstanding, they were patient and prompt, and there weren't any hidden costs or fees along the way. And they were the least expensive bid that I got on the project! I think this is the best customer service I have ever had with an internet transaction.
The first edition of this book is already halfway to selling out. And soon, when it is time to print the second addition, I will without a doubt be back to work with PrintNinja."

I don’t usually use online services as I get annoyed with their unresponsive support but with Print Ninja, it was simply EXCELLENT. "The ability to get a free sample business card was very helpful in making a decision about something that represents my business. The cards are high quality and made of thick card stock with bold colors. The tri-fold brochures are well done with a low price of $200.11 for 5000 right now. The free templates helped a great deal with design and questions were answered quickly."

"I received a brochure sample as well as samples of Print Ninja's door hangers and statement stuffers. The door hanger was very "bendy" but seems that it would be sturdy enough to hang on a door. The Statement Stuffers would be good for handing out at a convention or for other businesses, and the tri-fold brochure was of a nice quality. Those are normally 5,000 for $283.20, but they are having a sale where they are $200.11 plus shipping.
Overall I was satisfied with the quality of Print Ninja's products."

"I have bought business cards from a few different companies and had good experiences. But those cards were 100 count of less. For big orders of 1000+ cards, I was worried that the cards may not be top quality. But PrintNinja business cards are excellent quality, the kind that you would want to represent your business or organization. I like the laminate on the cards because they make the cards very durable so they don't bend easily. And PrintNinja has good prices since business cards start at $37 for 1000."

"This was my first printing experience so I was a little apprehensive. The Print Ninja staff worked with me to walk me through the process. They patiently and promptly helped me with my order to quickly resolve some of my (user error) issues (special thanks to Paula!). In just a few weeks, a large box arrived at my door. "Let’s face it; some printing jobs are more important than others. And yes, photos need to be printed well, but information dense materials, like parts catalogues, rely on perfect printing to be useable. The human eye does not want to track line after line of parts numbers and prices. A great layout can help the eye do this tedious work, but it means nothing if the paper stock and printing process aren’t flawless.
The quality products produced by PrintNinja meet the high standards necessary for even parts catalogs. When the human eye can find what it is looking for easily, customers stay happy. When customers stay happy, they buy stuff. When customers buy the stuff we sell, my bosses are happy."
