Online order, excellent customer service after the original sale
"I placed an order for Echo parts online, and received them in a timely manner. After receiving my order, one of the parts did not fit my chainsaw. This appears to be a problem with the manufacturer provided part list. (The part number that did not fit was listed in the Illustrated Parts list downloaded from the manufacturer website). ProParts Direct went above and beyond my expectations to get me the correct part.
I will definitely use them again for online parts ordering."

Stay away from this company
"Stay away from these guys. After being pushed into a product I didn't want, I came back four days later and they charged me a $50 restocking fee when I never even took it out of my SUV or out of the package. The best part was the person at the counter claimed I couldn't get what I wanted because they couldn't just order one, come to find out that was total crap, they can easily get it and the people in the ProParts online side of the business got it no problem in only two days.
First and last time I'll ever be there. Find someplace more respectable to shop for your outdoor equipment needs."

"Pro parts did great on everything in their power. The web site is fairly easy to use. Hardest part is remembering the year and model number of my mower. There's a lot to go through on the drop down menu but its necessary to get the right part. The manufacturor's parts diagrams are extreamly helpful, especially when not completely sure of technical name of part.
The one issue I had is with the choice of shipping carrier. They couldn't follow the simple directions of where to leave the shipment. My parts were send out next business day and deliver the day after to the wrong house. I received them the day after that. Left on my front door even though the side of the box clearly stated to leave against garage door. Other wise a good company to work with."

"Very dis-satisfied. Placed order and was notified that delivery would take seven to ten days. Waited and waited but received nothing. No communication at all. Finally checked with them and found out a refund was issued the day after I placed the order. They never communicated this to me. I and a customer wasted ten days waiting for a part from ProParts Direct. Still don't know why part was not delivered. Not very professional at all."
