"I ordered a Mitsubishi HC4900 projector.Great customer service on the phone or emails. Always answered my emails in a few hours. Honest told me they were out of stock and all of the next order of projectors were spoken for, so my projector would arrive in about 2 weeks. It arrived in under 2 weeks. The best price I found for projectors and to have great customer service is a major plus!"

"Ordered the Mitsubishi HC4900 with 3 day delivery and it was delivered ontime as promised. Great service with personal touch. Needed an invoice for the rebate (Mitsubishi fine print)not the order details which shows under your account. I called and less than 15 minutes later by email I had one. Will order from them again and tell my friends about them."

"I ordered a replacement bulb on 10/12/2007 for Sony VPL-VW50 and had not received any information via phone or e-mail from the company. I called 10/23/2007 and they said that Sony could not ship projector because of the fires in California and that it would still be some time before shipping. I would have expected the projector to ship before 10 days after the order."

"Went to Froogle for projector replacemant bulbs for my Sony Pearl. Price raged b/w $265-$350 with ProjectorUSA selling at lowest for $265. Checked out feedbacks which was good, placed order on March 27th, called customer service to make sure they had it in stock, was told they have 2 left and was promised they will ship it ASAP. Got email following day saying it been shipped with the tracking number. Got order 4 days later, wow. Most definitely a satisfying service, customer service is honest, and reliable. PROJECTORUSA ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Bought a hi-def DLP projector at a good price. Friendly, non-pushy staff. Provided tracking # quickly. Quickly shipped PJ as well. Only negative was the PJ was not double-boxed, so it came very dented, thanks for UPS. PJ seems to work fine, but this retailer should really double-box its shipments. Other than this, I'd give it high marks."

"This company shipped my projector as expected. However, I had also ordered VGA and HDMI cables at the same time. The projector arrived, but no cables. I called and was told they were drop-shipped from Phoenix and would get to me in a couple more days. I am now wondering about the projector but cannot test due to lack of cables. The person I spoke with at ProjectorUSA.com said "alrighty then". I don't think I will be purchasing anything else from them with that attitude and I hope my projector is in good shape."

"I would rate this company a 2 out of 5 or barely satisfactory. My order experience was not the best I've encountered. Customer service was acceptable, the individuals I spoke with were courteous and wait time was minimal. However, the first time I contacted them I was put on hold for an additional five minutes after giving my information and then asked if I could be contacted sometime the following day because the person who was helping me had left for the day. No one called back. Lastly, I paid extra for three day delivery service from the time my order was shipped. I recieved 1/4 of my order within the projected 72 hours. Upon calling for additional tracking numbers for the rest, I was informed that the remaining shipment was being sent from the manufacturer and should arrive about a week later. I felt this was misleading. I would have just had it shipped ground for free and saved the extra $23.00 or $25.00 dollars if I had known. I realize my complaints are not serious problems, more like annoyances, but I still felt they needed to be listed. I commend the company on a very easy to use website, great prices, and a staff that was at least willing to help.
Additional review: I am upgrading my previous rating of a 2 to a 3 or from somewhat dissatisfied to satisfied. After speaking with mark I was able to get all tracking numbers and expected dates of arrival. He was professional, and willing to handle all my previous concerns. If I was able to deal with him in the future I would purchase from this company again."

"I ordered a replacement bulb on Mar.20th for $265. It was supposed to ship in 3-5 days. They are not shipping to me, because they have since raised their price by $30 measly dollars and refuse to ship to me at the orinal Mar. price. They give me creative reasons for not shipping when I call to check, and actually suggest I hunt for a reseller who has stock( ie:suggests I cancel the order). It is TWO MONTHS now, and today I will cancel the order having long since gotten the item from another source. They are willing to throw me away as a customer for a mere 30 bucks. They are unscrupulous and I wouldn't dream of dealing with them again. I recommend that you do likewise. What a way to do business!!
edit: As I was cancelling the order, they finally shipped it...let me retract my remarks of not shipping by design...after two months, it IS on it's way...I would consider doing business with them again."
